Answers By Shri Hit Premanand Ji Maharaj : initially when a devotee is attracted by the Lord or by the guru then spontaneously his he's able to engage in Pion and he experiences Bliss un nund but then the

devote has to stand on his own feet now you have to defeat the dualities by this attraction of this Anand that has been given to you and engage in this constant ultimate bliss now your state is what your normal state is this initial attraction that you given given were by the mercy of the guru because you had gone to their shelter and because of their attraction you had given the Sun and now you have to walk on your own feet for example when D Rishi narad was given a glimpse of the Lord in a previous birth he was so anxious to

obtain the Lord then the Lord said no but no a half big devote cannot obtain me now you have to do Bajan all your life meditate on this form and when you leave this body then you'll become my devotee so this initial attraction that we have been given when we come to when we experience we start residing here we experience some manand when we start doing somean we experience some manand we feel like we've conquer our senses but then this unone this Bliss disappears and we get back to our normal state that is your normal state so in

this you have to practice that your mind is always engaged in the name of the Lord and it doesn't go anywhere else and then this glimpse of Anand that had been given to you will be made available to you like an ocean of bliss this is all because the of the Lord otherwise nobody can leave Maya so when people say that initially that I experienced now I don't is because of two reasons first is because of the attraction of the Lord and the second one is we're able to digest this on earth now we want more

for example when we first go to the fragrance shop we feel a lot of fragrance it feels really strong but then after if you start working there then we don't feel that fragrance and what happened it's because your nostrils your sense of smell got used to it and only when we get fragrance greater than that then we can smell it and the same thing with Anand that is a sequence so that the attraction of the Anand is given to the devote so much that he is not content with the situation he is in and he is forced to

progress and progress because if he's content his budgeon will stop and he will develop false ego so this is the mercy of the guru and the Lord that devotees are doing budgeon day and night but they're still crying to do more budgeon look at Great devotees they've obtained the Das of the Lord but still they are in separation they want the Das of the Lord more and more they want to see the Lord more and more great devotees have shown us in their lives that even though they're drowning they're thirsty their thirst is being

quenched but they're still more thirsty they are seeing the Lord but they still are Desiring to get D of the Lord and they feel that their Bion is not at the level that it should be so two things we have to see that first the unon we received is because of the kppa of the guru and then we are inspired to walk on this path of Devotion to pursue on this path then we have to leave um aadin like give up activities which are against the scriptural inductions are not favorable to our devotional practice and the

second thing we have to see is that is there any offense we might be committing because of which that this Bliss of Anand is being hidden uh if no if you if you're not doing that then don't be concerned then just progress then if you don't have any sinful activities or any of these um activities which are unfavorable then just progress but then you cannot expect to do sinful activities and to realize that God no this this Lane of love this path of Love is very narrow those both of the things cannot go hand in hand so once you

desire to see the Lord then uh we should not have any desire towards any of the sense objects any towards any sense gratification the devote does not desire too much sleep or too much sense gratification too much smiling no so if you don't have a sodden or you're not doing any sinful activities any unfavorable activities not doing offenses then that means that you're content with the amount of budging you want you have to do more our Lord is such an truthful Eternal full of bliss and when we immerse in that then we'll feel

unknowned and uh if you're feeling content that means that we have engaged engaged in some sense of gratification or some sense objects and that's where path Bon has been obstructed otherwise a devote is not satisfied with the m Bajan and he he feels separation and he cries for the Lord with great anxiety that I want to obtain the Lord this is a way to obtain the Lord to cry for the Das of the Lord and then when you have that feeling then right away you'll be able to get D of the Lord you'll be to see the Lord

that then you feel so much anxiety that you will be able to give up your life unless you obtain the Lord like how the say so chant do not do any s do not worry about Anand or Bliss our Lord is an ocean of bliss and this Agony that we are feeling is because we have some sinful proclivities maybe not actions but thoughts so the name is going to destroy them at the root and destroy all these unfavorable things and once these are cleansed then we'll start to feel the Bliss so you have to be very patient a devote of this path has to be very

patient he should not be affected by dualities of honor and dishonor if uh he is defeated that means that defeat means that you've left the name you've received some dishonor you've left the name uh you've received some disrespect you stopped the name that means we are not a warrior at this point when we don't leave the name for anything then that means that the color of name this color of this practice is is starting to cover you so one who does not leave the remembrance of his Lord even for a moment for the wealth of the

entire three worlds is a true devotee true devotees they will not the leave the name of the Lord even for the wealth of the entire entire wealth of the three worlds do you understand so Chan the name of the Lord do not do any sinful activities activities against the scriptures and develop love at the Lotus feet of your Guru because he's the one who's given you the name and if you commit any offenses against him against him you will not be able to progress you have to consider him to be the Lord to be non different than God is because

we have to do this B with everybody we have to feel like this for everybody but especially Guru you know but sometimes we think that oh my Guru is not speaking enough he's not doing sat my Guru does not have these qualities if you start to feel like this then doesn't matter where you run you will not be able to achieve success and you have to consider everybody as the Lord you have to consider the guru as your Lord but You' forgotten that and now it doesn't matter what sadna you do what devotional

practice you do you will not be able to have success because a person who's given you the name you've committed offense at their Lotus feet so just stay at the lest feet of the guru and follow their instructions do not consider them to be a human you know at most we consider them to be good Saints or really good devotees but we do not consider them to be the Lord we sing Brahma Vish but we don't realize that the Lord the brah himself has come in the form of my Guru so if you consider your Guru to be

the Lord then actually your devotion will start to show its true colors you at most we just think he's a good he's a good devotee he's a good Saint at most that's how we think but the Lord says that you should consider your Guru to be greater than myself the Lord said you should consider the guru to be greater than myself but we don't have this bow we don't have this feeling our name should be running inside us like a machine if we have the mercy of the guru name which is so difficult to

attract enchant will run like a machine if you have the mercy of the guru if you have the mercy of the guru our false ego will be completely dissolved and our mind will be Mersed in the name and you know how your heartbeat is going your n your name chanting will be like that there is no one greater than a person like this no renunciant no aesthetic as no is as great as the one who's chanting the name in kalog there is only one sadna only one devotional practice that can help you obtain the Lord realize the

Lord that is the chanting of the Holy Name that is the only process for the kalog where very good my my child uh you of a young age so just be careful um have faith in your Guru and uh take shelter of his Lotus feet and you'll be able to progress uh do not uh commit any activities which are unfavorable to your devotional practice or any sinful activities and you will progress.
